Tuition

30 minutes: $55/ 45 minutes: $57/ 1 hour: $59

Single unlimited:$275 /Double unlimited:$300 /Triple Unlimited:$325

The Studio accepts payment through the parent portal, as well as in-person payment by cash or check.  A $15 non-refundable registration fee is required of all new students or those who have not pre-registered by September 1st. Tuition is due by the first of each month. If your payment is not received by the 15th, a late fee of $10 will be applied to your account. If you would like to drop a class, one month advance notice, in writing, is required. Please note: If you account is more than two months behind, your dancer will not be able to participate in class.

 

Attendance

When registering, you are agreeing to a nine-month curriculum of dance education for your child or yourself. You are required to pay for all nine months of tuition unless you decide to drop the class. To drop a class, The Studio requires a one-month notification, in writing. Tuition paid is non=refundable.

If your dancer has not attended class for four consecutive weeks, you will be required to re-register your dancer.  If you know your dancer will miss class due to sickness, rehearsals or family commitments, please let The Studio know by emailing.

 

Dress Code

Most sports or athletic activities have required dress or equipment that help set - up the participant for success. Dance is no different. The proper footwear and attire help dancers execute movements properly and allow instructors to observe the students’ movement and alignment. Here are the dress code requirements for our dancers:

Combination students must wear a leotard and tights, with pink leather ballet shoes, black tap shoes or caramel jazz shoes (if applicable).
Ballet students are required to wear a black leotard, pink tights and leather/canvas ballet shoes. Hair must be in a bun, secured by a hair net and bobby pins. Skirts are optional.

Jazz/Musical Theatre students must wear a black leotard or a black form-fitting shirt and shorts with caramel, slip-on jazz shoes.

Hip Hop students are required to wear black leggings or dance shorts with a form-fitting tee or tank. Beginner/Novice levels may wear black, slip-on jazz shoes. All other levels, please ask your instructor

Tap students must wear a black leotard or black form-fitting shirt and black shorts/leggings with black tap shoes, oxfords preferred.

Contemporary/ Lyrical students are required to wear a black leotard or form-fitting top and dance shorts. Pirouette II shoes are needed for recitals.

 

Recital Fees and Costumes

There is a $45 non-refundable recital participation fee per student. This fee covers the time that The Studio takes to locate music, edit music, choose costumes, measure and size dancers, distribute costumes and exchanges. Also included in this years recital participation fee is the digital download of the pre-show, recital and finale. Costume costs range from $75-$95. Costumes are ordered during winter break; if your account is not up to date, your costume will not be ordered and you will be subject to rush shipping fees. Parents are responsible for any and all alterations. 

 

Weather

The Studio will be closed due to weather on a case-by-case basis. For closing information, please check your email, The Studio website, and News Channels 3 and 5. If your class is canceled due to weather, you may attend a class on another day as a make-up.
